Is September already making you feel anxious?
If you are a mum of an anxious or neurodivergent child in primary school (maybe starting reception in september) or if you are waiting for a diagnostic for your child, this is for you.
A free private podcast series for parents of anxious and / or neurodivergent children.
Eight short episodes, released weekly from 1st July across the summer, to help you feel more informed, more prepared, and a little less alone before the new school year begins.
Even if your child only eats a handful of things right now, you are in the right place. I'm Sandrine, the relaxed nutritionist and mum to an AuDHD daugher. Here is something that might surprise you: the food on the plate isn't always where we start. The connection you build with your child around mealtimes matters just as much and sometimes that's the missing piece.
Let's explore how to bring calm back in your home this summer ready for September.
What we'll explore together:
If things are a little tricky right now (big emotions, poor sleep, fussy eating etc...), rest assured that there is so much you can do at home.
I will share what has worked for my daughter and for my clients and how you can get started very simply, without stress or overwhelm.
Once we understand our child a little bit better, we can support them better. The results will speak for themselves.

Meet Sandrine
I'm a Registered Nutritional Therapist (mBANT, rCNHC) and Nutrigenomics Specialist and the mum of an AuDHD daughter.
That second part matters as much as the first. My clinical training gives me the evidence. My experience as a parent gives me the understanding of what life actually looks like when your child is struggling, the mealtime battles, the school anxiety, the exhaustion of trying to hold it all together while doing everything you can for your child.
My approach is rooted in one simple belief: nourishment should be simple, pleasurable and uncomplicated. I'm not here to add to your overwhelm. I'm here to help you find what is possible, practically, and at a pace that works for your family.
I work with mums of anxious and neurodivergent children, and I would love to support you this summer.
