Meet Sandrine

Sandrine is a Registered Nutritional Therapist (mBant, rCNHC) and a qualified Nutrition Coach with the Institute for the Psychology of Eating.

Sandrine loves helping women feel great from the inside out. She can also help you build a positive relationship with food so that you can eliminate feelings of guilt and disappointment.

In her Nutritional Therapy clinic, Sandrine helps women who experience hormonal and digestive issues such as bloating, cramps, migraines, IBS symptoms, SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth), and period pains. Her passion is to find the root cause of those symptoms in order to bring relief and if possible complete disappearance of symptoms.
