Sandrine’s approach to family nutrition

Eating healthy with the seasons

Nutrition Coaching is not about counting calories and making lists of ‘good’ and ‘bad’ foods.  It is about helping you discover the best way to eat for YOU and your family. It will help  you achieve and maintain a healthy weight, maximise your energy and lead your family to better health.

My nutrition plans are based around YOU. We plan together what your family will be willing to try and is likely to enjoy. Small changes can lead to BIG results!

Nutrition coaching is effective to help you reach or maintain a healthy weight, learn to eat mindfully, plan meals for healthier eating, deal with food sensitivities, and many other conditions.

“Mediterranean Style” Nutrition

With a French heritage, I will share the simple nutrition principles every child grows up with in France. Some of these will help you reassess your family eating habits and new habits will form with time.

A varied diet is essential for good health. I will introduce you to seasonal produce you may not have tried before. Although the so called “superfoods” are trendy, they can be expensive. I will share my knowledge of locally produced products which are as nutritious as the so called “superfoods”.

This means that your plate will be colourful, exciting, affordable and most importantly delicious. Eating tasty food should be an enjoyment.
