My name is Sandrine Olmi and I help women who feel constantly bloated, lethargic, stressed, hormonal, and overwhelmed find the root cause of their discomfort naturally so life is great again.

As a working mum, I fully understand how juggling family life, work, and personal health can be a real challenge. I am here to guide you towards a healthier you by focusing on a healthy digestion. And if you are over 40 and feeling particularly hormonal (anxious, moody, bloated, etc...), I have a Perimenopause programme especially for you.
Thanks to my training with the College of Naturopathic Medicine and with the Institute for the Psychology of Eating as well as my personal experience around digestive health, you will benefit from a unique approach. It will save you HOURS of Google research. Believe me, I have been there.
