My name is Sandrine Olmi and I help women who feel bloated constantly, lethargic, stressed, and overwhelmed find the root cause of their digestive issues naturally so that life can be enjoyable again.

As a mum, I fully understand how juggling family life, work, and personal health can be a real challenge. I am here to guide you towards a healthier you by reducing or eliminating your bloated stomach and period pains; whilst making the process as easy as possible.
Thanks to my training with the College of Naturopathic Medicine and with the Institute for the Psychology of Eating as well as my personal experience around digestive health, you will benefit from a unique approach. It will involve science-based recommendations as well as a focus on the fascinating Mind-Body connections.
I also have a particular interest in Family Nutrition. Whether you are dealing with a fussy eater or you wish to inspire your children into eating well, I am here to help.
I am based in Worcester Park and I cover areas such as New Malden, Raynes Park, Epsom, Cheam, Sutton and of course online for anyone further afield.
