Hello! I'm Sandrine.

I was born in France and I moved to the UK at the age of 20. I grew up on a farm eating a varied diet which kept me very healthy.

However, when we make the wrong food choices, things can go terribly bad. I had an exciting career in food marketing in London but after years of stress and not such a great diet after all, I developed severe bloating and abdominal cramps. My GP said I had IBS and that she was not able to help me any further so I decided to explore the world of nutrition.

I studied with the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London and gained a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy. I then discovered that I was suffering from a condition called leaky gut which can cause symptoms such as bloating, acid reflux, heartburn, period pains, constipation or diarrhoea, poor skin health, headaches, migraines and much more.

This condition had been triggered by food poisoning that happened years prior. I healed my digestive system and rebalanced my hormones by merely focusing on food, supplements and lifestyle strategies. I was so blown away by the impact food can have on the body that I wanted to share my newly-found knowledge with others.

I then trained as a Mind, Body, Eating Coach with the Institute for the Psychology of Eating to further deepened my knowledge about our emotional attachment to food.

I have a particular interest in family nutrition and the relationship people create around food, particularly with their children. As a mum myself, I have gone through the frustration of fussy eating with my daughter and once you make peace with food, life is so much more enjoyable.

Finally, I continually expand my knowledge about the digestive system to bring the latest research into my gut-healing drug-free programmes. I suffered so much with so little support that I have made it my mission to help others.

As a mum myself, I understand that choosing the right food for you and your family can be overwhelming. The last thing I want to do when I work with you is to bring more stress into your live.

My philosophy is that food should be there to be enjoyed and by making the right choices it can also act as a powerful healer and a vital source of energy.

And let's not forget that food is there to be shared, appreciated, and celebrated. It brings people together, encourages bonding and connections.
