Ready meals and take-aways are great as a treat but it is important to provide the right nutrition to your family. Knowing how to do this can be really difficult. Messages in the press about what to eat and what not to eat are confusing. This is where I can help.

What to expect when working with Sandrine from Savoir Fayre Nutrition

Before you plan Nutrition Coaching sessions with me, I invite you to book a free 30 minute chat on the telephone to fully understand your requirements. Once we agree that this is the right approach for you, we will establish the number of sessions you and your family require.

My approach to healthy eating is relaxed and engaging. As a French native, I love tasty dishes. When it comes to fruit and vegetables, I like to focus on seasonal produce and on introducing as many colours of the rainbow as possible. It is fun for the children and it is an easy way to add variety in your diet.

Our body cannot make nutrients apart from vitamin D (when provided with enough sunshine). Vitamins and minerals need to be provided to the body through food. By introducing a varied diet, you will be increasing the amount of nutrients the body required. This will contribute to your family’s good health for the future.

1. Introduction to Family Nutrition and initial home assessment

£90 – 1.5 -Hour session

This is an opportunity to assess the relationship your family has with food. We will discuss the current lifestyles choices which affect your current health and wellbeing. And together, we will create an action plan that incorporates easy steps into your family’s busy schedule. The purpose of the plan is to establish clear nutrition and wellness goals for your family.

2. Healthy Cooking Lessons

£169 (2.5 -Hour Hands-on Session in your own kitchen, for up to 4 people)

Special rates for students and people receiving benefits (further information on demand)

£199 (3-Hour Session) which includes:

  • An assessment of your family health needs and goal setting
  • Meal planning for the family
  • Time-saving strategies in the kitchen
  • Smart shopping advice
  • Healthy cooking demonstrations
  • Food waste reduction advice
  • Lifestyle recommendations
