Why an event specifically for new mums?
During pregnancy, women tend to take particularly good care of themselves and the growing baby. Once the baby is born, most of the attention goes on the new baby and Mums tend to come last.
I created this event to help new mums make time every day to look after themselves (even for just a few minutes). Sleeping well is always a challenge with very young babies but eating well can be done with a little preparation. The impact of good nutrition is incredible. I will be sharing some tips that have made a big difference to myself (I’m a mum of a toddler) and many of my clients. So if you are a mum looking to feel more energised, this event is for you
