Super refreshing smoothie with watermelon and mint

A delicious cooling smoothie

Oh so tasty and nutritious…. and kids will love it!

Watermelon contains mostly water as well as Vitamin A and C.  With the right ingredients at home, this is such a simple recipe.

Ingredients (Makes 2 glasses)

  • 2 handfuls of watermelon pieces
  • 1 handful of raspberries (can be frozen ones)
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh mint
  • 1 small glass of water


  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz it up!
  2. Pour in a glass and enjoy!
